SEC. 114. CONSENT DECREES. Nothing in this title affects any obligation of a party under— (1) the 1990 Remedial Action Consent Decree (Civ. No. 90–5101 D. S.D.); or (2) the 1999 Natural Resource Damage Consent Decree (Civ. Nos. 97–5078 and 97–5100, D. S.D.).
