SEC. 802. EXPANSION OF AUTHORITY TO POSTPONE CERTAIN TAX-RELATED DEADLINES BY REASON OF PRESIDENTIALLY DECLARED DISASTER. (a) In General.—Section 7508A(a) (relating to authority to postpone certain tax-related deadlines by reason of presidentially declared disaster) is amended by striking “90 days” and inserting “120 days”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall lake effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
