SEC. 3202. BILL EMERSON HUMANITARIAN TRUST. Section 302 of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust Act (7 U.S.C. 1736f-1) is amended by striking “2002” each place it appears in subsection (b)(2)(B)(i) and paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (h) and inserting “2007”.
