SEC. 3207. REPORT ON USE OF PERISHABLE COMMODITIES AND LIVE ANIMALS. Not later than 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report on international food aid programs of the United States that evaluates— (1) the implications of storage and transportation capacity and funding for the use of perishable agricultural commodities and semiperishable agricultural commodities; and (2) the feasibility of the transport of lambs and other live animals under the program.116 STAT. 302
