SEC. 7124. BIOBASED PRODUCTS. (a) Pilot Project.—Section 404(e)(2) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 (7 U.S.C. 7624(e)(2)) is amended by striking “2001” and inserting “2007”. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 404(h) of such Act (7 U.S.C. 7624(h)) is amended by striking “2002” and inserting “2007”.
