SEC. 7126. EQUITY IN EDUCATIONAL LAND-GRANT STATUS ACT OF 1994. (f) Institutional Capacity Building Grants.—Section 535 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103-382) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1), by striking “2002” and inserting “2007”; and (2) in subsection (c), by striking “$1,700,000 for each of fiscal years 1996 through 2002” and inserting “such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2007”.
