SEC. 7128. ENDOWMENT FOR 1994 INSTITUTIONS. The first sentence of section 533(B) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 301 note) is amended by striking “$4,600,000” and all that follows through the period and inserting “such sums as are necessary to carry out this section for each of fiscal years 1996 through 2007.”.
