SEC. 7214. DEFINITION OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES. Section 2(3) of the Research Facilities Act (7 U.S.C. 390(2)(3)) is amended to read as follows: “(3) Food and agricultural sciences.—The term ‘food and agricultural sciences’ has the meaning given that term in section 1404(8) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3103(8)).”.
