SEC. 7304. NATIONAL ADVISORY BOARD ON AGRICULTURAL WEATHER. (a) Repeal.—Section 1639 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5853) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 1640(b) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5854(b)) is amended by striking “take into” and all that follows through “Weather and”.
