SEC. 10803. CHINO DAIRY PRESERVE PROJECT. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Natural Resources Conservation Service, may provide financial and technical assistance to the Chino Dairy Preserve Project, San Bemadino County, California.
