SEC. 226. PROHIBITION ON DEPLOYMENT OF ANTI-BALLISTIC MISSILE SYSTEM UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY LAW The Secretary of Defense may not deploy any anti-ballistic missile system unless such deployment is specifically authorized by law after the date of the enactment of this Act.
