Sec. 407. (a) Under the heading, “Federal Payment to the Thurgood Marshall Academy Charter School” provided under Public Law 107-96, strike “Anacostia” and insert “Southeast, Washington, D.C.”. (b) Under the heading, “Federal Payment to Southeastern University” provided under Public Law 107-96, strike everything after “a public/private partnership” and insert in lieu thereof, “to plan a two year associate degree program.”.
