DONATED SHIPMENT OF HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE OVERSEASSec. 602. During fiscal year 2002, of the amounts made available by the United States Agency for International Development to carry out the provisions of section 123(b) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, funds may be made available to non-governmental organizations for administrative costs necessary to implement a program to obtain available donated space on commercial ships for the shipment of humanitarian assistance overseas.
