Sec. 2804. The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission Act, Public Law 106–173, February 25, 2000 is hereby amended in section 7 by striking subsection (e) and inserting the following: “(e) Administrative Support Services.—Upon the request of the Commission, the Librarian of Congress shall provide to the Commission, on a reimbursable basis, administrative support services necessary for the Commission to carry out its responsibilities under this Act, including disbursing funds available to the Commission, and computing and disbursing the basic pay for Commission personnel.”.
