Sec. 1205. In addition to amounts appropriated or otherwise made available elsewhere in this Act for the Department of Defense or in the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106–259), $39,900,000 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Defense, for facilities repair and damages resulting from natural disasters, as follows: “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $6,500,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $23,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $8,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Army Reserve”, $200,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force Reserve”, $200,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Army National Guard”, $400,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air National Guard”, $400,000; and “Defense Health Program”, $1,200,000.
