Sec. 1210. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of the Army shall convey to the City of Bayonne, New Jersey, without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the firefighting and rescue vehicles described in subsection (b). (b) The firefighting and rescue vehicles referred to in subsection (a) are a rescue hazardous materials truck, a 2,000 gallon per minute pumper, and a 100-foot elevating platform truck, all of which are at Military Ocean Terminal, Bayonne, New Jersey.
