Sec. 1403. Of the funds provided in the Military Construction Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106–246), the following amounts are hereby rescinded as of the date of the enactment of this Act: “Military Construction, Army”, $12,856,000; “Military Construction, Navy”, $6,213,000; “Military Construction, Air Force”, $4,935,000; “Military Construction, Defense-Wide”, $14,376,000; “Family Housing, Army”, $4,000,000; and “Family Housing, Air Force”, $4,375,000.
