STUDY ON TAA FOR FISHERMEN.

SEC. 143. STUDY ON TAA FOR FISHERMEN. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Commerce shall conduct a study and report to Congress regarding whether a trade adjustment assistance program is appropriate and feasible for fishermen. For purposes of the preceding sentence, the term “fishermen” means any person who is engaged in commercial fishing or is a United States fish processor.
