SEC. 103. GUARANTEE PERCENTAGES FOR PREFERRED LENDERS. Section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)) is amended by inserting after the word “thereto” in the second proviso, “, but any such reduction shall not exceed five points”.
