SEC 106. PERIODIC SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANY DEBENTURE SALES. (a) In General.— Title III of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: “preiodic issuance of guarantees and trust certificates “Sec. 322. The Administration shall issue guarantees under section 303 and trust certificates under section 321 at periodic intervals of not less than every three months and shall do so at such shorter intervals as its deems appropriate, taking into consideration the amount and number of such guarantees or trust certificates.”. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections for title III is amended by adding the following new item: “Sec. 322. Periodic issuance of guarantees and trust certificates.”.
