SEC. 311. THOMAS JEFFERSON STAR FOR FOREIGN SERVICE. Section 36A of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2708a) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking “FOREIGN SERVICE STAR” and inserting “THOMAS JEFFERSON STAR FOR FOREIGN SERVICE”; and 116 STAT. 1378 (2) by striking “Foreign Service star” each place it appears and inserting “Thomas Jefferson Star for Foreign Service”.
