SEC. 407. SENSE OF CONGRESS RELATING TO MEMBERSHIP OF THE UNITED STATES IN UNESCO. It is the sense of Congress that the President, having announced that the United States will rejoin the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), should submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees— (1) describing the merits of renewing the membership and participation of the United States in UNESCO; and (2) detailing the projected costs of United States membership in UNESCO.
