SEC. 116. GRANTS TO THE ASIA FOUNDATION. Section 404 of The Asia Foundation Act (title IV of Public Law 98-164; 22 U.S.C. 4403) is amended to read as follows: “Sec. 404. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of State $15,000,000 for the fiscal year 2003 for grants to The Asia Foundation pursuant to this title.”.
