SEC. 1263. CONSULTATION WITH CONGRESS WITH REGARD TO TAIWAN. Beginning 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter, the President shall provide detailed briefings to and consult with the appropriate congressional committees regarding the United States security assistance to Taiwan, including the provision of defense articles and defense services.
