SEC. 1602. REAL-TIME PUBLIC AVAILABILITY OF RAW SEISMOLOGICAL DATA. The head of the Air Force Technical Applications Center shall make available to the public, immediately upon receipt or as soon after receipt as is practicable, all raw seismological data provided to the United States Government by any international monitoring organization that is directly responsible for seismological monitoring.
