Sec. 8106. Notwithstanding any other provision of law or regulation, the Secretary of Defense may exercise the provisions of 38 U.S.C. 7403(g) for occupations listed in 38 U.S.C. 7403(a)(2) as well as the following: Pharmacists, Audiologists, and Dental Hygienists. (A) The requirements of 38 U.S.C. 7403(g)(1)(A) shall apply. (B) The limitations of 38 U.S.C. 7403(g)(1)(B) shall not apply.
