Sec. 8133. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Act, the total amount appropriated in this Act is hereby reduced by $59,260,000, to reduce cost growth in travel, to be distributed as follows: “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $14,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $9,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps”, $10,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $15,000,000; and “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide”, $11,260,000.
