SEC. 273. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) In General.—There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this part $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2003. 116 STAT. 1701 (b) Availability of Funds.—Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization under this section shall remain available, without fiscal year limitation, until expended.
