SEC. 2103. MANDATORY REVOCATION OF PROBATION AND SUPERVISED RELEASE FOR FAILING A DRUG TEST. (a) Revocation of Probation.—Section 3565(b) of title 18,United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking “or” after the semicolon; (2) in paragraph (3), by striking “(4),” and inserting “(4); or”; and (3) by adding after paragraph (3) the following: “(4) as a part of drug testing, tests positive for illegal controlled substances more than 3 times over the course of 1 year;”. (b) Revocation of Supervised Release.—Section 3583(g) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking “or” after the semicolon; (2) in paragraph (3), by inserting “or” after the semicolon; and (3) by adding after paragraph (3) the following: “(4) as a part of drug testing, tests positive for illegal controlled substances more than 3 times over the course of 1 year;”.
