SEC. 2503. AUTHORIZATION OF FUNDS FOR DEA POLICE TRAINING IN SOUTH AND CENTRAL ASIA. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Attorney General not less than $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2003 for regional antidrug training by the Drug Enforcement Administration for law enforcement entities (including police, border control, and other entities engaged in drug interdiction and narcotics control efforts), as well as increased precursor chemical control efforts in the South and Central Asia region.
