SEC. 11002. DISCLOSURE OF GRAND JURY MATTERS RELATING TO MONEY LAUNDERING OFFENSES. Section 3322(d)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “or 1344; or” and inserting “1344, 1956, or 1957;”; (2) in subparagraph (B), by inserting “or” after the semicolon; and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(C) any provision of subchapter II of chapter 53 of title 31, United States Code;”.
