SEC. 11006. POLICE CORPS. Subtitle A of title XX of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, the Police Corps Act (42 U.S.C. 14091 et seq.), is amended— (1) in section 200106— (A) in subsection (a)(2)— (i) in subparagraph (A), by striking “$7,500” and inserting “$10,000”; (ii) in subparagraph (B), by striking “$10,000” and inserting “$13,333”; and (iii) in subparagraph (C), by striking “$30,000” and inserting “$40,000”; and (B) in subsection (b)(2)— (i) in subparagraph (A), by striking “$7,500” and inserting “$10,000”; (ii) in subparagraph (B), by striking “$10,000” and inserting “$13,333”; and (iii) in subparagraph (C), by striking “$30,000” and inserting “$40,000”; (2) in section 200108, by striking “$250” and inserting “$400”; (3) in section 200110(2), by striking “no more than 10 percent” and inserting “except with permission of the Director, no more than 25 percent”; (4) by striking section 200111; and (5) in section 200112, by striking “fiscal year 2002” and inserting “each of fiscal years 2002 through 2005”.
