SEC. 11014. SCAAP AUTHORIZATION. Section 241(i)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1231(i)(5)) is amended by striking “, of which” and all that follows through “2000” and inserting “in fiscal years 2003 and 2004”.
