SEC. 11016. INS PROCESSING FEES. The Immigration and Nationality Act is amended— (1) in section 344(c) (8 U.S.C. 1455(c)), by striking “All” and inserting “Except as provided by section 286(q)(2) or any other law, all”; and (2) in section 286(q)(2) (8 U.S.C. 1356(q)(2)), by inserting “, including receipts for services performed in processing forms I-94, I-94W, and I-68, and other similar applications processed at land border ports of entry,” after “subsection”.
