SEC. 11030. POSTHUMOUS CITIZENSHIP RESTORATION. (a) Short Title.—This section may be cited as the “Posthumous Citizenship Restoration Act of 2002”. (b) Deadline Extension.—Section 329A(c)(1)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1440-1(c)(1)(A)) is amended by striking “this section,” and inserting “the Posthumous Citizenship Restoration Act of 2002,”.
