SEC. 11035. DEFINITION OF “FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT”. Section 203(b)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1153(b)(5)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(D) Full-time employment defined.—In this paragraph, the term ‘full-time employment’ means employment in a position that requires at least 35 hours of service per week at any time, regardless of who fills the position.”.
