DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 802. DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this title: (1) Secretary.—The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior. (2) State.—The term “State” means the State of Nevada. (3) PCWCD.—The term “PCWCD” means the Pershing County Water Conservation District, a public entity organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. (4) Pershing county.—The term “Pershing County” means the Pershing County government, a political subunit of the State of Nevada. (5) Lander county.—The term “Lander County” means the Lander County government, a political subunit of the State of Nevada.
