SEC. 703. CONVEYANCE TO THE LAS VEGAS METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT. The Secretary shall convey to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, without consideration, all right, title, and interest 116 STAT. 2014in and to the parcel of land identified as “Tract F” on the map for use as a shooting range.
