SEC. 136. NATIONAL ARTHRITIS AND MUSCULOSKELETAL DISEASES PROGRAMS. Section 436 (42 U.S.C. 285d–1) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by inserting “and skin” after “musculoskeletal”; (2) in the first sentence of subsection (a), by inserting “and skin” after “musculoskeletal” each place it appears; (3) in subsection (b)— (A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting “and skin” after “musculoskeletal” each place it appears; (B) in paragraph (1), by inserting “and skin” after “musculoskeletal” each place it appears; and (C) in paragraph (2), by inserting “and skin” after “musculoskeletal”; and (4) in subsection (c), by inserting “and skin” after “musculoskeletal”.
