SEC. 341. PATROL CRAFT. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating may accept, by direct transfer without cost, for use by the Coast Guard primarily for expanded drug interdiction activities required to meet national supply reduction performance goals, up to 7 PC-170 patrol craft from the Department of Defense if it offers to transfer such craft.
