TONNAGE OF R/V DAVIDSON.

SEC. 206. TONNAGE OF R/V DAVIDSON. (a) In General.—The Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating shall prescribe a tonnage measurement as a small passenger vessel as defined in section 2101 of title 46, United States Code, for the vessel R/V DAVIDSON (United States official number D1066485) for purposes of applying the optional regulatory measurement under section 14305 of that title. (b) Application.—Subsection (a) shall apply only when the vessel is operating in compliance with the requirements of section 3301(8) of title 46, United States Code.
