EXTENSION OF MORATORIUM.

SEC. 156. EXTENSION OF MORATORIUM. Section 498(c) (42 U.S.C. 289g(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking “thirty-six month period beginning on the date of enactment of this section” and inserting “24-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders and Health Research Extension Act of 1988”; and (2) in paragraph (3), by striking “1988” and inserting “1990”.
