SEC. 410. HYPOTHERMIA PROTECTIVE CLOTHING REQUIREMENT. The Commandant of the Coast Guard shall ensure that all Coast Guard personnel are equipped with adequate safety equipment, including hypothermia protective clothing where appropriate, while performing search and rescue missions.
