SEC. 433. EXTENSION OF TIME FOR RECREATIONAL VESSEL AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT RECALLS. Section 4310(c) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— (1) in each of paragraphs (2)(A) and (2)(B) by striking “5” and inserting “10”, and (2) in each of paragraphs (1)(A), (1)(B), and (1)(C) by inserting “by first class mail or” before “by certified mail”.
