SEC 702. ADVANCED NURSE EDUCATION. Section 821(b) (42 U.S.C. 2961(b)) is amended to read as follows: “(b) For payments under grants and contracts under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $13,000,000 for fiscal year 1989, $13,000,000 for fiscal year 1990, and $20,000,000 for fiscal year 1991.”,
