SEC. 1707. TRANSPORTATION SECURITY REGULATIONS. Title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in section 114(1)(2)(B), by inserting “for a period not to exceed 90 days” after “effective’, and (2) in section 114(1)(2)(B), by inserting “ratified or” after “unless”.
