FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION

SEC. 801. FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION Section 138(d) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting “(1)” after “(d)”; and (2) by adding at the end the following: “(2) The Director may not be assigned any responsibility for developmental test and evaluation, other than the provision of advice to officials responsible for such testing.”
