SEC. 369. EXPANDED ELIGIBILITY FOR LOAN, GIFT, OR EXCHANGE OF DOCUMENTS, HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS, AND CONDEMNED OR OBSOLETE COMBAT MATERIEL. Section 2572(a)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period the following: “or a nonprofit military aviation heritage foundation or association incorporated in a State”.
