SEC. 215. ARMY EXPERIMENTATION PROGRAM REGARDING DESIGN OF THE OBJECTIVE FORCE. (a) Requirement for Report.—Not later than March 31, 2003, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to Congress a report on the experimentation program regarding design of the objective force that is required by subsection (g) of section 113 of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001, as added by section 113 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002 (Public Law 107–107; 115 Stat. 1029). (b) Budget Display.—Amounts provided for the experimentation program in the budget for fiscal year 2004 that is submitted to Congress under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, shall be displayed as a distinct program element in that budget and in the supporting documentation submitted to Congress by the Secretary of Defense.116 STAT. 2482
