SEC. 107. DEFENSE HEALTH PROGRAMS. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2003 for the Department of Defense for procurement for carrying out health care programs, projects, and activities of the Department of Defense in the total amount of $278,742,000.
